By accessing or using the NotedAI mobile application and related services ("App", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use NotedAI. If you are under 18, you may only use the app under parental or guardian supervision.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities under your account.
Users agree not to misuse the App. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to, uploading illegal content, reverse-engineering the app, or interfering with its functionality.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged via your Apple ID account.
All content, software, and trademarks in the App are the exclusive property of NotedAI or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
NotedAI is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Material updates will be communicated via app notifications or email. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
