• Audio and Text Data: Voice recordings created using NotedAI; transcriptions and summaries of audio files; meeting notes and user-generated content.
• Uploaded Media: Uploaded videos for transcription and shared documents (e.g., PDFs).
• Usage and Device Data: IP address, device type, operating system, session duration, feature engagement, crash reports, diagnostics, and performance data.

2. How We Use the Information

• To provide transcription and summarization services using AI.
• To deliver and personalize app features and functionality.
• To allow cross-device data access and sync.
• To provide customer support and resolve issues.
• To analyze performance and optimize user experience.

3. AI Processing & External Services

We use vetted third-party AI/ML models (e.g., OpenAI, Whisper) for transcription. These services comply with standard security and privacy protocols. All transmissions are encrypted and temporary.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

• We do not sell or rent your data.
• We may share limited data with service providers like cloud or transcription vendors.
• Data may be shared if required by law or with your explicit consent.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• Audio and transcripts: retained until deleted or account removal.
• Account data: kept for up to 30 days after deletion.
• Usage logs: kept for 24 months.

You may request deletion of your data by emailing xuhm1989@163.com. Requests are processed within 30 days unless legally required otherwise.

6. Security

We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS/SSL in transit. Access controls, audits, and multi-factor authentication are employed to protect your data.

NotedAI is not intended for children under 13. If we discover such data, we delete it promptly.
